On August 31, 2013, the University of North Texas at Dallas Founding President, John Ellis Price, will be stepping down after serving the university for 13 years. A Presidential Search Advisory Committee has been appointed to search for his successor. This website has been established as a resource for UNT Dallas presidential candidates to learn more about the unique opportunity to lead a young university and the first four-year public university in the City of Dallas. This site also provides a vehicle to keep our university community informed to the extent this confidential process allows. The search committee will be seeking to engage and solicit input from all members of the university community, including faculty, students, staff and alumni, as well as key external stakeholders.
